Honey Ginger Chicken Salad
1 C. shredded cooked Chicken
¼ C. thinly sliced Carrot
¼ C. thinly sliced Celery
3 T. Mayo
2 T. finely chopped Red Onion
1 T. slivered Almonds
1 ½ tsp. Coconut Aminos
½ tsp. Honey
1/8 tsp. ground Ginger
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Divide the salad into two equal portions and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
