Seedy Ranch Dressing

1/2 C. hemp seeds

1/4 C. raw cashews

1/2 C. unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk

3 T. fresh lemon juice

1 1/2 T. nutritional yeast

1 tsp. coconut aminos

1 small clove garlic

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. dried parsley

1/2 tsp. dried dill


Blend all ingredients except parsley and dill in a high-powered blender until creamy and smooth.

Additional non-dairy milk can be added if needed to adjust consistency. Add parsley and dill and pulse for a few seconds to combine.
