ABM Picnic Pumpernickel Bread

 

1 1/8 C. warm water

1 1/2 T. vegetable oil

1/3 C. molasses

3 T. cocoa

1 T. caraway seed (optional)

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 C. bread flour

1 C. rye flour

1 C. whole wheat flour

1 1/2 T. vital wheat gluten (optional)

2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast

 

Directions In the bread machine pan, place all the ingredients in the order recommended by the manufacturer.  Set the Basic cycle and press Start.
