Quick Banana Oat Breakfast to Go

 

2 cups frozen blueberries

½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

â…“ cup pomegranate juice

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds

1 banana, sliced

 

In a cereal bowl, combine all ingredients. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.

 

Yield: 2 Servings

Calories: 308

Fat: 9.6g

Fiber: 8.7g

Carbs: 54g
