Mango, Raspberry, and Lime Smoothie
1/2 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 ounces raspberries
2 handfuls baby spinach
1 tsp. chia seeds
Juice of 1 lime
7 ounces coconut water
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz together.
