Tangy Mustard-Tahini Sauce
2/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner sauce, add 1 to 2 tablespoons water. Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate.
