Chorizo Al Vino â€“ Chorizo in Red Wine
1 T. EVOO
10oz. fresh Spanish Chorizo, cut into Â½â€ slices
Â½ C. Red Wine
Crusty Bread, to serve
Add oil to heavy skillet and heat to smoking.Â Add chorizo and cook 1 minute.Â Reduce heat, add wine and cook 5 minutes.Â Transfer to serving dish and allow to sit until just warm to develop flavors.Â Serve warm with bread.
