Spiced Grape and Yogurt Salad
1/4 C. vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
1 C. seedless green grapes
1 C. seedless red or black grapes
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add grapes and stir gently until well coated. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
