Lemon and Lime Rice
2 C. Minute White Rice, uncooked
1 T. butter or margarine
1 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1-1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 tsp. salt
Cook rice as directed on package. Add butter; stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Serve warm.
