Creamy Spinach Dip
1 C. Light Mayonnaise
1 C. Light Sour Cream
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/2 C. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 C. sliced green onions
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
Mix mayo and sour cream in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or Crackers.
