Lemon Barbeque Sauce
1/2 C. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. salad oil
2 T. butter or margarine
1 T. celery salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 C. fresh lemon juice
2 T. cider vinegar
1 T. horseradish
1 C. water
In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil and butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes.
