Lemon Grass Ginger Sorbet
2 jars McCormick Lemon Grass
1 C. sugar
4 C. water
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours. Strain and place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.
