12oz. Spam, Cubed
2 Eggs, Beaten
2 oz. Cheddar, shredded

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs, then Spam. Cook, stirring, until eggs are nearly done, then sprinkle cheese over, and stir until melted.
