Tofu Fruit Smoothies
1 C. frozen mixed berries
1/2 C. white grape juice
1 T. honey
1 firm ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 (12.3-oz.) package light silken tofu (such as Mori-Nu)
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
Yield: 3 servings
