Papaya-Avocado Salsa

Papaya-Avocado Salsa

2 ripe medium avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
1 ripe papaya, peeled, halved, seeded, and diced
1 large ripe tomato, diced
1/4 C. finely chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Let set in refrigerator for one hour before serving.

Yield: 12 servings
Calories: 72
Fat: 5g
Fiber: 2g
