One Pot 5 Ingredient Beef Stew
1 ½ lb. Beef Chuck
¼ C. Flour
2 14.5oz. cans Diced Tomatoes with Chiles
¾ lb. New Potatoes, halved
Frozen Peas and Carrots
Salt & Pepper
Toss chuck with flour in crock pot. Add canned tomatoes and potatoes. Cook on high for 5 hours. Add 8 ounces frozen peas and carrots, stir in it. Cover and let it sit another 5 minutes and then serve.
