Macaroni Salad

3 C. cooked Elbow Macaroni
2 Eggs, cooked Hard
6 slices Bacon, cooked crisp
1/4 C. Celery, chopped
1/4 C. Parsley, chopped
1/4 C. Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 C. Radishes, sliced
2 T. Onion, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Dressing:

1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Vinegar
1/2 C. Water
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Mustard
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 T. Flour
2 Beaten Eggs

Combine all dry dressing ingredients in top of double boiler. Add eggs, water and vinegar. Cook over hot water until thick. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well. Add salad dressing, toss with a fork. Garnish with pepper rings and radish slices. Yield: 6 servings
