Beer Fondue
1 small clove garlic, halved
3/4 C. Budweiser
2 C. shredded processed Swiss cheese
1 C. shredded sharp cheddar
1 T. flour
dash hot sauce
veggies and bread for dipping
Rub inside of saucepan with garlic. Add beer; heat slowly. Coat cheese with flour. Add cheese to beer, stirring constantly until thick. Stir in hot sauce. If mix becomes too thick, stir in a little warm beer.
