Mexican Yogurt Sauce
1 C. plain nonfat Yogurt
1/2 tsp. dried Cilantro
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. dried Parsley
1/2 C. Salsa, thick and chunky
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until serving. Use in place of sour cream in mexican dishes.
Yields: 1 1/2 C.
