Skillet Okra
8 oz. canned whole tomatoes undrained
3/4 cup Fresh okra, sliced
8 oz. canned whole-kernel corn undrained
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Celery, chopped
1/8 cup Green pepper chopped
Combine all ingredients in a large skillet, stirring well. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15-20 mins.
