2 bunch Radishes, coarsely shredded (about 2 C.)
2 medium Zucchini, coarsely shredded (about 3 1/2 C.)
1/2 C. Cider Vinegar
2 T. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 T. Brown Sugar Twin
At least one hour before serving (up to a day ahead), mix all ingredients along with salt to taste.Â Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally.Â Delicious with grilled hamburgers, hot dogs and steak.Â Bring on the BBQ!
