Garlic and Anchovy Crostini
1 baguette, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
4 anchovies, minced
â…“ C. extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F (198°C). Toast sliced baguette in the oven, turning to brown both sides. In a small bowl, mix garlic, anchovies and olive oil together. Brush toasted baguette slices with mixture.
