Faworki (Polish Egg Twist Bread)
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
4 T. sugar
1 tsp. cream
1 tsp. butter 1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Beat eggs with salt. Add sugar, cream, butter, and flavoring. Add flour, mix well and turn out on floured board. Knead until smooth and firm Proceed to cut and fry in hot fat until light brown.
