Crispy Spicy Quail

4 Semi-Boneless Quail

2 C. Buttermilk

2 each Eggs-beaten

2 tsp. Flour

2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Parsley Flakes

 

In a mixing bowl add dry ingredients. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Preheat Fryer to 350F. Dip Quail in batter and drop in Fryer and cook until Crispy (4-5 Minutes).
