Simply Parsnips
400g parsnips
2 T. cream or milk
1 T. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 T. chopped parsley
Peel and grate the parsnips, discarding any tough core. In a medium dish mix the parsnips, cream, butter and nutmeg. Cook on HIGH 8 – 10
minutes or until soft. Stir just before serving sprinkled with
parsley.
