Spinach & Cheese Rigatoni
4 C. Cooked Rigatoni Pasta
2 T. All-Purpose Flour
2 1/4 C. Skim Milk
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 T. garlic powder
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 C. grated light cheddar cheese
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
Add all ingredients except rigatoni in a saucepan. Cook at medium heat until cheddar cheese is melted. Pour over pasta and toss to combine
