El Ranch-O Dressing
1 C. Buttermilk
1 T. fresh Lime Juice
1 T. minced Cilantro
1 tsp. minced Oregano
1 T. finely diced Onion
2 tsp. minced Garlic
½ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 ½ C. Mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise and whisk until well combined. Add mayonnaise and whisk until smooth. Refrigerate at least an hour. Dressing will keep in refrigerator for a week.
