Chevy’s Pico De Gallo
2 C. Tomatoes, diced into 3/8†pieces
½ C. White Onion, diced
2 T. chopped Cilantro
1 ½ T. Jalapeno, stemmed and seeded, then minced
2 tsp. fresh Lime Juice
½ tsp. Salt
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve chilled.
