Orange Sauce
1/4 C. Sugar
1 T. Cornstarch
1/4 tsp. Orange Zest
3/4 C. Orange Juice
2 tsp. Butter
in saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange peel. Stir in orange juice. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Serve warm over gingerbread or ice cream. Yum!
