Marinated Shrimp with Artichokes

1 lb. prepared shrimp (cooked, peeled, de-veined, tails removed)

2 C. quartered canned artichoke hearts, drained

1/2 C. Italian parsley, minced

1 C. Italian dressing

 

Mix ingredients, Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours to allow flavors to marry, stirring occasionally. Serve with toothpicks.
