Puffy Paint

  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Tempera Paint 

Mix equal amounts of flour, salt and water. Add liquid tempera paint for color. Pour mixture into squeeze bottles and paint. Mixture will harden in a puffy shape.
