Frozen Chopped Spinach<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>1\/2 C. Chopped Onion<\/p>\n<p>1 Clove Garlic, chopped<\/p>\n<p>6oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. Dried Oregano, crushed<\/p>\n<p>12 Sheets Phyllo Dough<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. Butter, melted<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For filling cook spinach, onion, and garlic according to spinach package directions.\u00c2\u00a0 Drain well in sieve.\u00c2\u00a0 Press the spinach with the back of a spoon to release excess moisture.\u00c2\u00a0 Combine spinach, Feta, and oregano.\u00c2\u00a0 Lightly brush 1 sheet of phyllo dough with some of the melted butter.\u00c2\u00a0 Place another sheet on top, brush with butter again.\u00c2\u00a0 Place a third sheet and repeat with the butter.\u00c2\u00a0 Cover remaining phyllo with damp cloth to prevent drying.\u00c2\u00a0 Cut the stack of phyllo dough into 6 lengthwise strips.\u00c2\u00a0 For each triangle, spoon about 1 tsp. of the spinach mixture about 1 inch from the end of the strip. Fold end over filling at 45 degree angle.\u00c2\u00a0 Continue folding into triangle shape that encases filling.\u00c2\u00a0 Continue with rest of phyllo dough and filling.\u00c2\u00a0 Place triangles on baking sheet.\u00c2\u00a0 Brush with butter and bake in 375F oven for 18-22 minutes, or until golden.\u00c2\u00a0 Serve warm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>10oz.
