Kidney Beans, cooked and drained<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>12 oz. Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/p>\n<p>1 T. Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>2 T. White Wine<\/p>\n<p>2 C. Asparagus, steamed and chopped<\/p>\n<p>2 C. Vegetable Stock<\/p>\n<p>1 T. each Fresh Basil and Thyme, chopped<\/p>\n<p>To taste Salt and Pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Marinade for Shrimp:<\/p>\n<p>2 T. Fresh Lemon Juice<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp. Fresh thyme, chopped<\/p>\n<p>4 T. Basil, chiffonade<\/p>\n<p>1 clove Garlic<\/p>\n<p>1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>To taste Salt and Pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Combine marinade ingredients, add shrimp, and let stand in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Drain marinade. Heat 1 T olive oil in a saut\u00c3\u00a9 pan over high heat and cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side. Add garlic and briefly sweat until aromas are released. Add kidney beans and white wine and cook for 1 minute over high heat. Add stock, bring to a simmer, and add asparagus. Heat through until all ingredients are hot and shrimp is a white, opaque color.
