Add the taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Cool slightly.\u00c2\u00a0 Flatten half of the biscuits into 4&#8243; circles; place in a greased 15X10 (jelly- roll) pan. Spoon 1\/4 C. meat mixture onto each: top with 2 cheese slices or 1\/4 C. shredded cheese.
