Cinnamon and Spice Apple Pie Filling<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In large bowl, blend squash, eggs, and milk.\u00c2\u00a0 Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon; add to squash mixture stirring just until blended but still slightly lumpy.\u00c2\u00a0 Pour about 1\/3 C. batter onto a hot, lightly greased skillet and cook until golden brown.\u00c2\u00a0 Makes about 12 pancakes.\u00c2\u00a0 Heat pie filling in microwave 2 to 3 minutes on HIGH; stirring halfway through.
