Spray a 2-quart casserole with no-stick cooking spray. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, milk, onion, soup, and Tabasco in a large bowl and mix well. Gently stir in chicken, artichokes, and pimentos. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over chicken and artichoke mixture.
