Spray a big skillet well with Forbidden Cooking Spray.  Pile remaining ingredients in the pan.  Grate a LOT of black pepper over the top. Sprinkle Splenda on.  Cook for 15 minutes, stirring often.  Add broth-cornstarch blend.
