Butter<\/p>\n<p>3 T. Flour<\/p>\n<p>1 C. Fat Free Half and Half<\/p>\n<p>1 C. 2% Milk<\/p>\n<p>2 T. dry Sherry<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. Salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. Pepper<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 C. grated Parmesan Cheese<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375 degrees.\u00c2\u00a0 Cut artichokes into quarters and place in the bottom of a 1 quart casserole that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
