Rotini Noodles<\/p>\n<p>2 C. Chicken, cubed and cooked<\/p>\n<p>1 medium Cucumber, sliced<\/p>\n<p>1 C. Celery, sliced<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 Red Onion, sliced thin<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. Mayonnaise<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 C. Sour Cream<\/p>\n<p>2 T. Milk<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Dried Dill Weed<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp. Pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cook pasta.\u00c2\u00a0 Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine chicken, cucumber, celery, and onion.\u00c2\u00a0 Mix in pasta.\u00c2\u00a0 In small bowl blend mayonnaise, sour cream, milk and seasonings. Mix in pasta.\u00c2\u00a0 Toss dressing with salad mixture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chicken Spiral Pasta Salad<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>10 oz. spiral pasta, uncooked<\/p>\n<p>2 C. cut asparagus tips<\/p>\n<p>2 C. yellow squash, sliced<\/p>\n<p>2 C. red bell peppers, diced<\/p>\n<p>4 boneless skinless chicken breasts<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. cracker meal<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. parsley flakes<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp. thyme<\/p>\n<p>1 Butter Buds Mix, reconstituted<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 C. cashews, roasted, unsalted<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 C. plain lowfat yogurt<\/p>\n<p>1 T. Miracle Whip Lite<\/p>\n<p>1 C. 2% lowfat milk<\/p>\n<p>1 Good Seasons salad dressing<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Using multicolored vegetable spirals makes a colorful salad.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Mix the cracker meal with the pepper, parsley and thyme.\u00c2\u00a0 Dip chicken breasts in Butter Buds mixture, then dip into cracker crumb\/seasoning mixture (in a separate bowl).\u00c2\u00a0 Place on a lightly greased or teflon baking sheet in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes (turn chicken over after about 12 minutes).\u00c2\u00a0 While chicken is cooking, boil pasta, lightly steam vegetables and diced red pepper.
