Parsley, chopped<br \/>\nPepper<\/p>\n<p>Break cauliflower into flowerets.  Add onion and garlic to hot nonstick skillet and cook until soft.  Add tomatoes, a little of the tomato juice, and the parsley.  Season to taste with pepper.  Add cauliflower and simmer about 10 minutes, until tender.
