S&#038;W Chili Beans Zesty Sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 C. onion, chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp. garlic powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp. black pepper<br \/>\n4 oz. Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Natural Shredded Cheese Cheddar &#038; Monterey Jack<\/p>\n<p>Chop onion. Drain tomatoes and chili beans. Preheat oven to 400. Spray small casserole dish with pam. In small skillet, saut\u00e9 onions in olive oil spray. Add tomatoes and chili beans,garlic powder and black pepper, sauting for about 5 minutes to heat. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes or so to melt cheese. **Tip, if using fat-free or 2% cheese, spray top with small amount of pam.
