Dutch Cocoa<br \/>\n1 1\/2 C. sugar<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp. soda<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n<p>Blend all ingredients together until smooth.  Pour into 10&#8243; pan sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake in oven pre-heated to 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
