1 clove garlic, minced<\/p>\n

\u00e2\u2026\u203a teaspoon salt<\/p>\n

Lemon wedge (optional)<\/p>\n

4 medium red, yellow, and\/or green sweet peppers, seeded and cut into strips<\/p>\n

In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash avocado with lemon juice. Stir in sour cream, garlic, and salt. If desired, garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve with pepper strips.
