Drain and set aside; repeat process with broccoli and next 4 ingredients. (Broccoli and asparagus need to boil only about 30 seconds; potato takes about 10 minutes.) Arrange blanched vegetables on a platter with endive and bell peppers or tomatoes. Serve with a bowl of sea salt for sprinkling and a bowl of Roasted Garlic Aioli for dipping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Roasted Garlic Aioli <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 garlic bulb <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 T. olive oil <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1\/4 C. pasteurized eggs <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts (about 1\/4 C.) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 T.) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 T. Dijon mustard <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Sea salt, to taste <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Freshly ground pepper, to taste <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1\/2 C. canola or safflower oil <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1\/4 C. olive oil <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Preheat oven to 400\u00c2\u00b0. Cut off pointed end of garlic; place garlic on a piece of foil, and drizzle with 1 T. oil. Wrap tightly, and roast at 400\u00c2\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until soft. Remove from oven, and let cool; squeeze pulp from garlic cloves. Place roasted garlic in a blender or food processor with egg and next 5 ingredients, and process, adding canola oil and 1\/4 C. olive oil in a slow, steady stream, until mixture thickens.
