In saucepan steam Brussels sprouts for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Drain thoroughly. Return to saucepan. In a  small pan, saut\u00e9 garlic in margarine until limp. Add lemon juice, salt and  pepper. Pour over sprouts and shake to coat.
