Smithfield Ham, fat trimmed<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">2 T. Sesame Oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">20 Cilantro Leaves<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">2 C. Add chicken and marinate at least 20 minutes. Soak mushrooms in hot water for 20 minutes; drain. Discard stems and cut each mushroom into quarters. Boil ham in small pot of water for 10 minutes. When cool, cut into small triangular shapes the same sixe as the mushrooms. Cut 20 6&#215;6\u00e2\u20ac\u009d square of cellophane paper. Brush sesame oil on one sheet. Place one cilantro leaf in the middle. Next to it place a mushroom, on the other side place a ham slice. Lay a piece of chicken over the top. Fold like an envelope into a rectangular package. Tuck corners inside to make a neat package. Repeat to make 20 packages. Heat oil in wok over medium-low heat. In batches, add packages, face down, and fry 2 minutes, until almost cooked through.
