Golden Raisins<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">10-15 Basil Leaves, roughly cut or torn<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Handful Flat Leafed Parsley, chopped<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">1 lb. Penne Pasta<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Handful Pine Nuts, toasted<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;\">Cook pasta al dente. Meanwhile, heat garlic, red pepper flakes, and oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until the garlic speaks. Add minced onion and cook a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes, olives, raisins, basil and parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer while pasta cooks. Drain pasta, toss with sauce.
