Heat your oil to 375 degrees, dredge the fish in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, and then into the Beer Batter. Fry the fish in preheated 375F oil until cooked, about 4-5 minutes.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00c2\u00a0 <\/span>You can hold the fish in the oven at 170 degrees while you make the rest (place on a cookie cooling rack in the oven).<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00c2\u00a0 <\/span>For Tartar Sauce, mix 1\/2 C. mayonnaise, 2 T. chopped capers, 2 T. Dill Pickle Relish, 2 T.
