Parmesan or Romano cheese<br \/>\n1\/4 C. finely chopped fresh parsley<br \/>\n1 T. olive oil<\/p>\n<p>In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium\/high heat. Saut\u00e9 the onions and garlic until soft. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine the garlic\/onion mixture with the ham, beans, tomatoes, cheese, basil and pepper. Spoon into a lightly greased 3 quart (3L) casserole dish. Combine all topping ingredients and spoon evenly over casserole.
