Splenda<\/p>\n<p>Heat some stock in a large skillet.  Add the onion and cook until translucent.  Add the quinoa and garlic and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes.  Pour in the hot water and bring to a boil.  Reduce the heat and add the chicken base, onion powder, garlic powder and sweetener.
